Refund policy

For returned items in original condition:
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return items that are unused and in original condition within 30 days of purchase. 

For returned items that are damaged or defective:
Damaged/defective items can only be returned by mail and cannot be returned or exchanged in-store. Shipping charges are non-refundable. 

For Last Chance or Clearance items:
Last chance or Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

For gift cards:
JPatch Designs Gift Cards or E-Gift Cards are non-returnable.

Refund:
Due to additional quarantine measures around return shipments, please allow up to 5 business days, from the receipt of your return package, to process your returns. You will receive an email notification once your return is processed. Please allow up to 5 additional business days for the funds to be credited to your original payment method.

EXCEPTION: Purchases using Stripe, or PayPal will be issued a gift card if returned in-store. 

Processing Returns by Mail:
a. Fill out the return form provided in the original package and indicate the item number, quantity, and reason code.
b. Place merchandise and return form in the package.
c. Attach the prepaid return label to the outside of the package and secure package for mailing.
d. Drop off package at your nearest UPS Store, UPS Authorized Shipping Outlet or UPS Customer Center. You will NOT be charged for return shipping.
e. If you choose to use your own preferred method of shipping, use one that can be tracked and insured. JPatch Designs cannot reimburse the cost of shipping using this method.

f. All returns will be credited back to the original form of payment (excludes original shipping cost).

Processing Returns from JPatch Designs online store:
A. Original packing slip or email invoice along with merchandise you wish to return to the JPatch Designs online store.
B. Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment. Purchases using Stripe, or PayPal will be issued a gift card.
